THE ROLE: Reporting to the Customer Service Manager your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide high level customer service to all clients Coordination of client files - including Contracts, Permits & Council applications. Prepare submissions consisting of plans and colour selections for approval Maintain customer file information including correspondence, contract variations and key event status. Create relevant workflow notes and updates completing tasks and confirming events as they transpire. SKILLS EXPERIENCE: Our client is seeking an experienced customer service administrator with a passion for construction. Excellent customer service, passionate about people! High level of attention to detail Previous experience in the construction industry in a similar role is desirable | minimum 1 year in residential.
